We see and treat patients covered by most insurance plans, including HMOs, PPOs, BCBS, etc., however, we are not able to process or file claims with any of them. Instead, we would provide our patients with the proper documentation, for a reasonable fee, for them to do so with their insurance carriers. Payment for our services is expected at the time they are rendered.

Other fees may apply, depending on the type
of hemorrhoids and their treatments.
